We intentionally limit how many properties we accept and reserve residential snow service exclusively for Galaxy VIP members.

Full Winter Coverage: Clear, Simple, and Predictable
- Full Season: Coverage for 12 months from the date you enroll.
- Cap: Up to 30 inches of total seasonal snowfall included (average local snowfall is ~20 inches).
- Overage: Snowfall beyond 30 inches is simply billed per inch.
We track every storm and service your property at the right time. Big or long snow events? We come back as needed to keep your property safe and clear. Extra visits are included at no extra cost.
Commercial-grade equipment for residential properties
We operate commercial-class snow equipment on residential routes, including:
- professional snow plows
- sidewalk and walkway equipment
- snow pushers and support machines
This allows us to clear driveways efficiently and handle heavy or compacted snow that standard residential equipment can't.

Optional ice management (full snow & ice service)
For clients who want full winter safety coverage, we offer professional ice management following snow removal.
Includes:
- Ice melt applications
- De-icing after plowing
- Treatments to reduce refreeze and slip hazards
(Note: Ice management is available as an additional service. )
Service Limitation
For safety and liability reasons, we do not clear snow from vehicles.
